Summary

We are the specialist German SAP consulting firm for SAP customers who are carrying out projects in Latin America or require local support there. It is well known that the legal requirements in Latin America pose challenges for all SAP companies with global activities. While the central teams of our clients manage their SAP global templates, they need a dependable partner who understands the importance of a global template while also being able to formulate the legal requirements precisely, work with local teams on fit/gap analysis, and implement required changes. Our branches and partner offices in Munich, São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Mexico City act as hubs for coordinating our projects throughout Latin America. Thanks to their knowledge of the local language, their specialization in Latin America and an average of 20 years of SAP experience, our consultants can take the requirements of each country and effectively and efficiently implement projects.

To apply to this role you must be based in Mexico and speak fluent Spanish and conversational English.

Your mission

Participate in rollout, localization, enhancement SAP and implementation projects with national and international clients
Lead and manage multiple SAP projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project goals
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budget management.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate project meetings, including status updates, stakeholder reviews, and project retrospectives.
Oversee the quality of the delivery and ensure that standards are met or exceeded.

Your profile

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of managing a large multinational project and/or multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and technologies, with experience in project management of SAP implementations, upgrades, or migrations. Experience with localization within Latin America and S/4 projects would be advantageous.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills as well as English & Spanish communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse multinational teams and stakeholders.
Experience with several project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
