Job Title: Graphic Designer (Mid-Level)

The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a sharp, versatile, and reliable Mid-Level Designer to help us elevate our creative output. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that spans brand identity, editorial, digital, and print, from concept to completion.
You’ll work closely with our strategy, content, and insight teams to bring ideas to life. One day you might be designing a 36-page magazine, the next developing social assets or refining a brand identity. You’ll also be expected to experiment with AI tools to supercharge
creativity and efficiency. This role is ideal for a designer who’s as comfortable sketching ideas as they are refining the final artwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Own design briefs from concept through to delivery, balancing creativity with commercial objectives
Create brand identities, campaign visuals, and pitch-winning creative
Design high-quality assets for digital, print, editorial, and social media
Develop layouts for magazines, brochures, and publications, from initial wireframe to print-ready files
Work within (and occasionally challenge) brand guidelines to keep work fresh and distinctive
Expert with Adobe Creative Suite
Use AI tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E2) to support ideation and streamline workflows
Liaise with team members, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain meticulous attention to detail and creative consistency across outputs
2–4 years' experience in a creative agency or fast-paced design environment
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Demonstrable experience across branding, editorial, and digital design
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Confidence using or exploring AI tools to enhance the creative process
Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
Bonus Points For:
Motion graphics, animation, or video editing skills
Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar digital design tools
Familiarity with print production workflows
Experience creating content for social media platforms
