Who are you?

As a Regional Sales Manager, you're not just selling a service—you’re transforming healthcare delivery for clients and communities across your region. You’ll be the spark at the start of every client journey, opening doors and challenging conventions to create sustainable, meaningful partnerships. With a bold mindset and sharp commercial acumen, you’ll identify new markets, reignite dormant relationships, and lead with value.

At Newcross, we believe in empowering our people. That means you'll not only lead sales excellence in your patch—but also become a master of our cutting-edge Client App, digital solutions, and tech platforms, using them to deliver faster, slicker, smarter experiences.

And because we never stop evolving, you’ll be instrumental in utilising  FuturU to leverage your sales, our revolutionary platform for upskilling healthcare professionals—bringing workforce development to the forefront of every conversation.

What will you do?

Whilst a full job description can be supplied here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:

  • Design and own your regional growth strategy. Build, refine, and drive your plan, holding yourself accountable for growth, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
  • Drive your team to exponential growth. Lead, coach and mentor your sales team to conversions, demos and customer success when client onboarding.
  • Smash new business targets. From cold outreach to warm reactivation, you’ll be proactive, resilient, and creative in how you open doors and close deals.
  • Be the face of Newcross to prospective clients. You'll bring energy, credibility, and deep industry insight to every interaction—always creating standout, solution-led experiences.
  • Champion our tech tools. Be a go-to expert in our Client App and digital systems, using them to streamline onboarding, boost engagement, and futureproof client relationships.
  • Be FuturU-forward. Spot the opportunity to introduce our learning and development platform and position it as a unique value add.
  • Work your data. Use CRM insights, trends, and performance data to inform your approach and drive smarter decisions.
  • Lead from the front. Arrange and lead face-to-face or virtual meetings that convert interest into partnership. Tailor solutions that solve genuine client challenges.
  • Be where the conversations are. Build your personal and company brand on social media, at events, and in networking circles.
  • Keep it joined-up. Collaborate with operational and support teams to make client onboarding seamless and outcomes-focused.
  • Own the handover. Ensure new clients move from sales to service without a hitch, with confidence and continuity at every stage.
  • Inspire resilience. Sales can be tough—you know how to bounce back, adapt fast, and share learning to improve outcomes.
  • Be part of a collaborative sales culture. Share best practice, support your peers, and celebrate team wins as well as personal milestones.
  • Live and breathe our values. Embed Empathy, Integrity, Respect, and Team Work into every client interaction—because how we do business is just as important as what we deliver.

  • A proven track record in solution-led sales, ideally in a regulated or service-based industry
  • Experience working to stretch targets and smashing them—especially in new business acquisition
  • Persuasive, influential, and brilliant at building rapport—online or in person
