Job Description:
The Global Program Manager will lead the adoption and rollout of automation initiatives across all global hubs. This role is accountable for ensuring successful implementation, change management, and delivery of measurable business outcomes. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and local hub stakeholders to ensure initiatives are completed within agreed scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
The Global Program Manager will be responsible for both business and team management, driving alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining the portfolio and project management environment based upon Policies, Standards, Customer Engagement Roadmap and Global Method. May perform responsibilities as a member of an Engagement Program Management Office (EPMO) or as a business unit leader with responsibility for a portfolio of customer projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the global automation adoption roadmap, aligning with corporate objectives and regional priorities.
- Conduct readiness assessments across hubs to identify capability gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Create comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communication plans to drive alignment.
- Oversee the phased rollout of automation solutions, ensuring consistent global standards with local customization where needed.
- Manage and coordinate efforts between internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors.
- Implement structured project management practices to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define governance frameworks for automation adoption, including decision-making and escalation processes.
- Track, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, security, and corporate policy requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs such as adoption rate, process efficiency gains, cost savings, and ROI.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and successes.
- Establish clear success criteria and measure outcomes against defined benchmarks.
- Set up and manage a Center of Excellence (CoE) for automation governance and innovation.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
- Build a pipeline for future automation opportunities leveraging emerging technologies.
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in global program or project management, preferably in technology-led transformation.
- Proven expertise in automation technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, workflow automation).
- Strong experience managing third-party vendors and customer relationships.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the company’s operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project and program management.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies (RPA, AI, workflow orchestration, low-code/no-code platforms) and their business applications.
- Proficiency in program and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
- Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step) and adoption best practices.
- Possesses deep expertise in project management methods, frameworks, and best practices.
- Ability to design and interpret KPIs, dashboards, and ROI analysis for automation programs.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link automation initiatives to measurable business value.
- Strong ability to understand the customer’s business problem, need, or opportunity and qualify solutions that address them effectively.
- Identifies potential risks and challenges customers may face based on prior similar engagements, offering mitigation strategies proactively.
- Applies business management and financial concepts, including capital investment, financial modelling, and contractual considerations, to develop actionable system or operational recommendations.
- Skilled in process analysis, continuous improvement, and innovation adoption.
- Plays a leadership role in business development activities for medium to large opportunities.
- Comfort with ambiguity and managing competing priorities.
- Leads the identification, qualification, and closure of medium to large business opportunities.
- Positions the company’s offerings strategically against competitive solutions.
