Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our team. The Product Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders and the Product Owner to define requirements, analyze options, and contribute to the development of epics and user stories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate conversations into structured documents.

  • Work from Home
  • Monday to Friday | 4 PM to 1 AM PH Time OR 3 PM to 12 AM PH Time
  • Following UK Holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Provide key inputs for the Product Owner or Scrum Master to assess options and select an approach to achieving the epic goals
  • Work with stakeholders to define backlog items
  • Define, analyse and document specific requirements and translate into Epics and User Stories
  • Work with Integration and data teams on ensuring Epics and User Stories are well understood, estimated and planned.
  • Identify the “as-is” situation and create problem statements for the current status
  • Work with contributors to define the to-be status
  • Lead the gathering of requirements for new functionality and replace existing functionality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential technical solutions and contribute to the creation of epics and user stories to implement those solutions
  • Ensure backlog items have sufficient detail to accurately judge requirements
  • Own the analysis and documentation of business requirements
  • Validate documented requirements with all stakeholders
  • Work with operational and delivery teams throughout the sprint cycles

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in working in an integration and data background as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
  • Salesforce experience is huge advantage
  • Experience and understanding of operating using agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • A strong communicator and good listener that can translate conversations into structured documents.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, that can work well with business and Digital employees
  • Experience in using Jira to create well defined epics and user stories with strong acceptance and test criteria is a must.
  • Shows the ability to be inquisitive and ask questions to support a well-defined set of requirements and user stories
  • Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
  • A can-do attitude and a team-player
