Job Description

The Opportunity

As a Senior Key Account Manager at Cint you will manage and grow a portfolio of key USbased and global brand accounts, including Fortune 500 companies. As a trusted advisor to clients, you will build and maintain strong relationships, strategically defend and expand revenue streams, and develop tailored account plans to meet client needs. This role requires a proactive approach to uncovering growth opportunities, addressing challenges, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction. By collaborating with crossfunctional teams and mentoring junior Account Managers, you’ll contribute to the success of both your clients and the growing Global Brands team in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships:
    • Build and nurture longterm, strategic partnerships with key stakeholders at each account.
      • Revenue Management:
        • Strategically defend existing revenue streams.
        • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
        • Negotiate and close complex deals.
        • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
          • Account Planning:
            • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that outline key objectives, strategies, and tactics for each account.
              • Client Advocacy:
                • Become a trusted advisor to your clients, providing expert guidance on market research best practices and Cints solutions.
                • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns.
                • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
                  • Collaboration:
                    • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
                    • Mentor and coach junior Account Managers: Share best practices, provide guidance on client challenges, and contribute to their professional development.
                      • Market Intelligence:
                        • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client business needs.
                          • Travel:
                            • Occasional travel will be required for clientside visits.
                              • Office Visits:
                                • Willingness to travel to the New Orleans office for onboarding and quarterly team meetings is required
                                    • Qualifications

                                      What We Are Looking For

                                      • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client services within the market researchresearchtech industries.
                                      • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong client relationships.
                                      • Experience managing complex accounts and negotiating contracts.
                                      • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
                                      • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
                                      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
                                      • Proficiency in using CRMs.
                                        • Additional Information

                                          Anticipated Salary Range (US Only):

                                          The anticipated pay range for this role is $96,000 to $120,000 annual base salary with ontarget annual commission of $48,000 $60,000. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
