What Will You Do?

• Lead AIdriven transformation – Act as a thought leader in financial services, shaping enterprisewide Data & AI strategies with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI).

• Bridge AI and Business – Define AIpowered banking solutions that align technology advancements with customer needs and business objectives.

• Guide CLevel Stakeholders – Establish strong relationships with senior banking executives, guiding them through AI adoption, regulatory considerations, and valuedriven implementations.

• Own the AI Product Vision – Drive the endtoend development of GenAI solutions, collaborating with crossfunctional teams including data engineers, ML experts, and business leaders.

• Define Roadmaps & Execution Strategies – Oversee project scopes, planning, and execution, ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable impact.

• Deliver AI & Data Solutions – Support data visualization, model development, and AI application rollouts, ensuring seamless integration into banking ecosystems.

• Enhance Hiflylabs AI Offerings – Lead research and strategy development for new GenAI solutions in financial services, contributing to gotomarket strategies.

• Qualifications

  What You Need to Apply:

  • 45 years of experience in AIdriven product management, consulting, or financial services.

  • Expertise in AI & data analytics, with experience deploying Generative AI solutions.

  • Strong strategic thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.

  • Experience engaging with Clevel executives and senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to translate business challenges into AIpowered opportunities.

  • Advanced presentation and storytelling skills for AI solutions.

  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken).

  • High adaptability, proactive mindset, and a passion for AI innovation.

  • Nice to Have:

    • Experience at Big 4 consulting firms or as a strategic advisor in financial services.

    • Domain knowledge beyond banking (e.g., telecom, healthcare, retail, energy).

    • Handson experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools.

    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

    • Understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory frameworks.
