Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Process Consultant or Business Analyst to join our UK&I Process Automation team. Reporting to the Operational Excellence & BPM Lead you will play a critical part in driving business transformation. You will work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements, design solutions, assess automation opportunities, and support delivery through to implementation. Applying tools and methodologies such as LSS, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and Generative AI, you will help shape and complete projects that enhance customer experience, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risk.

What you'll do:

  • Gather and document requirements; create user stories and process flows.
  • Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure solution agreement.
  • Support delivery lifecycle including UAT and go-live readiness.
  • Identify automation opportunities (RPA, Generative AI, APIs) and build business cases.
  • Experience and certification with LSS techniques to improve processes.
  • Facilitate process mapping and design future state workflows.
  • Document processes using tools like Visio or IBM BlueWorks.
  • Engage stakeholders and support change adoption through workshops and collaboration.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years experience as Business Analyst in automation or transformation projects.
  • Hands-on with RPA, Generative AI, and Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Experience writing user stories and working with cross-functional teams.
  • LSS Green Belt or equivalent process improvement experience.
  • Proficient in process modelling tools (e.g. Visio, IBM BlueWorks)
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. FCA, ICO) will be an advantage.
