Keep the General Counsel’s time organized and visible, helping make the most efficient every day. By staying on top of communication, coordination, planning, and team connection, the role supports our President & CoFounder Daniel Vallejo, in focusing the energy on his priorities, on what matters most and staying productive.
Calendar Management
Ensure accurate and uptodate calendar management that reflects 100% of the CoFounder time allocation, including work commitments, personal time, travel schedules, and transitions. The calendar should provide full visibility and enable proactive planning and prioritization.
Strategic Email Oversight and Prioritization
Administer the CoFounder inbox in alignment with priorities agreed upon with him. Ensure timely and effective responses, flagging key matters, and filtering communications to enable the CoFounder to focus on highimpact areas.
Coordination of HighPriority Engagements
Proactively coordinate and confirm participation in meetings, events, and engagements as prioritized by the CoFounder. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and manage scheduling conflicts in collaboration with key stakeholders.
EndtoEnd Travel and Logistics Support
Provide full logistical support for both domestic and international travel. This includes itinerary planning, booking, coordination with external and internal parties, and ensuring the CoFounder has everything needed throughout the trip.
Proven Experience as EA or Administrative Assistant for Executives
03+ years of experience providing highlevel administrative support to Clevel executives, preferably within a fastgrowing technology or finance environment.
Proven ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in using various productivity and communication tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Notion).
Experience in preparing presentations, reports, and other executivelevel communications.
Exceptional Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail
Meticulously manages schedules, documents, and logistics with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and contributing to the CoFounders preparedness.
Demonstrated by flawlessly coordinating complex meetings with multiple stakeholders and maintaining organized records of critical information.
Proactive ProblemSolving & Initiative Skills
Anticipates the CoFounders needs, identifies potential challenges, and takes initiative to find solutions before being asked, enhancing the CoFounders efficiency.
Evidenced by independently resolving scheduling conflicts or proactively preparing necessary materials for upcoming meetings.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Communicates clearly, professionally, and diplomatically in English and Spanish with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, representing the CoFounder and Addi effectively

Handles sensitive information with the utmost integrity and maintains strict confidentiality regarding company matters, building trust and ensuring the security of critical data.
