Job description

Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “allthingsdigital” solutions, is looking for a Junior Recruiter (Start in IT & AI| Germanspeaking) Data Labeling, Shortterm to join its innovative team.

No prior IT experience is required — just a strong eye for detail, fluent German and English, and a willingness to learn. This is your chance to gain handson experience in a real AI product used in recruiting, without doing technical tasks or sourcing candidates.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Review real job search queries and analyze AIgenerated job posting results.
  • Label postings for relevance and application likelihood using clear HRbased rules.
  • Ensure quality of data by performing checks and flagging unclear cases.
  • Collaborate with the client’s team in German (written and spoken).
  • Work in secure digital environments with full remote flexibility.
  • Complete around 20–30 workdays of annotation during Summer 2025.

      • Speak German and English fluently.

          You’ll get onboarding support and will use intuitive tools. If you’ve ever worked with job descriptions, search filters, or ATS systems, you’ll pick this up easily.
