About the Role

The US Healthcare Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in filling the top of the funnel with quality clinicians aligned to Marvels focus specialties and priority job orders. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging talent from external databases and internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conducting initial prequalification, and gathering job preference information to support timely consult calls with our Talent Advisors (TAs). Youll help set the tone for the clinician experience by ensuring clear communication, strong data entry, and smooth handoffs.

What You’ll Do

  • Source talent through external lead platforms (e.g., Vivian, Indeed) and internal ATS

  • Review resumes and screen for alignment to Marvels target job markets

  • Engage clinicians via call, text, and email to confirm interest and availability

  • Gather information from talent including job history, certifications, desired settings, geography, shift, pay, etc. to prequalify the candidate prior to handoff to the TA

  • Log accurate data and notes in ATS

  • Coordinate with TAs to schedule consult calls

  • Ensure leads are warm and ready for handoff
