About the Role
We’re seeking a Paid Media Manager with handson execution experience to join a growing luxury ecommerce business. This role is not managerial in terms of team leadership — instead, you’ll be deeply involved in planning, launching, optimizing, and tracking paid ad
campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and Pinterest.
Work hours: 1:00 10:00 PM PH Time (6:00 AM 3:00 PM UK Time)
Work setup: Remote
What you’ll do
● Execute and manage paid media campaigns mainly on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and Pinterest, ensuring that campaigns align with overall business goals.
● Monitor and optimize performance across multiple campaigns, with a focus on improving clickthroughrates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
● Analyze performance data, refine targeting, adjust budgets and bids, and testing ad creatives
● Set up and track online and offline conversions and goals through Google Analytics and the volume of appointment bookings and inquiries
● Conduct regular AB testing, performance analysis, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI)
● Use retargeting platforms like Criteo (if needed) to refine audience targeting
● Collaborate with the Managing Director to align ad strategy with broader business goals
● Work closely with the Head of Design and Branding for content and creative optimization
● Stay agile — adjust campaigns and tactics based on realtime performance and evolving priorities
