About the Role

The person in this position will be responsible for collecting, calculating, and entering time for individual branches.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.

  • Proficiency in data entry.

  • Checking and auditing records for United States labor compliance with established standards, maintaining time and attendance records.

  • Research and email appropriate audience of file and hour issues.

  • Enters time into Bullhorn Time and Expense system.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of customers, company, and employee sensitive information.

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel,

  • Basic accounting and math skills.

  • Other duties are to support Payroll, Accounting and HR functions as required.
