Te Tūranga – About the role
As a Wholesale Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting and growing our wholesale customer base. You’ll build relationships, manage onboarding, and make sure we’re meeting both our customers needs and our compliance obligations under the Grocery Industry Competition Act. This role can be based remotely and is 12 Month Maternity Cover.
You’ll be responsible for:
·Managing expressions of interest and onboarding of new wholesale customers
·Acting as a key point of contact for customers, supporting ordering, pricing, forecasting and product data
·Triaging and resolving supplier participation queries, ensuring accurate tracking
·Using Salesforce to document customer interactions and support reporting
·Preparing monthly compliance reports with key stakeholders
