A US based client is looking for a COO to join his team. They are in the home-care industry and are looking for someone with similar experience (medical / medical insurance could work). They have +-300 staff and work mainly on a B2C basis so each client is managed individually. The successful person will be responsible for finding the gaps in their operations, come up with the plan to make the business more operationally sound and then ensure implementation is executed effectively. The business is based in the US so it will be remote working in US hours - flexibility to work those hours is essential.
