Role Overview


We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive who can also support Business Development activities. This dual-role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and is keen to contribute to the growth of a dynamic training provider.


Key Responsibilities



Telesales Duties


- Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and employers to promote Teach A Trade’s training courses.


- Follow up on warm leads generated via marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and referrals.


- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using CRM systems.


- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets for course enrolments.


- Provide excellent customer service and course information to potential learners.




Business Development Duties:



- Identify and engage with new employer partners across the West Midlands to promote Skills Bootcamp opportunities.


- Attend networking events, trade shows, and meetings to represent Teach A Trade.


- Support the development of strategic partnerships with local authorities, training providers, and industry bodies.


- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.




Skills & Experience:



- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or business development (ideally in education, training, or recruitment).


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.


- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.


- Knowledge of the trades or training sector is a plus but not essential.
