AU RTO Senior Compliance Coordinator (Onsite)

About the Role

This seniorlevel role places you at the forefront of compliance—leading audits, overseeing regulatory reporting, and ensuring smooth operations aligned with ASQA standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead internal audits and manage regulatory reporting.
  • Oversee VET compliance with ASQA, AQF, AVETMISS, and USI frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and reliable records.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and compliance.
  • Manage compliance projects across multiple teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on RTO regulatory obligations.
  • Support trainers and staff in maintaining compliance standards.

    • Requirements
      About YOU
      • 5+ years’ experience in RTO compliance or a senior regulatory role.
      • Proven track record in audit preparation and successful outcomes.
      • High proficiency with SMS (Accelerate, aXcelerate, Canvas, VETtrak).
      • Expert knowledge of Standards for RTOs 2015 and related frameworks.
      • Detailoriented, solutionsfocused, and riskaware.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline (highly desirable).
      • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) a plus.
