Job DescriptionThe Infotainment DRE is responsible for leading the development, integration, and release of infotainment components and systems, including displays, control units, connectivity modules, audio systems, navigation, and humanmachine interface (HMI) technologies. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams, Tier 1 suppliers, quality, manufacturing, and validation departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage technical requirements for infotainment systems.
- Coordinate design, development, and release of components using PLM systems.
- Oversee functional, environmental, and EMC validation testing.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and delivery timelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during development and production phases.
- Ensure effective integration with other vehicle systems (ADAS, telematics, etc.).
- Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate technical documentation.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive infotainment development.
- Experience with design and simulation tools (e.g., Nx, CATIA, CANalyzer).
- Familiarity with embedded operating systems (Linux, QNX, Android Automotive).
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated validation software.
- Certifications in ASPICE, AUTOSAR, or ISO 26262.
- Experience working with global OEMs.
