Veeam is seeking an innovative and results-oriented Manager to support the development and execution of our launch strategy and project management processes. This role will help incorporate advanced tools, AI-driven insights, and collaborative methods to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product launch planning. As a member of the team, you will contribute to the growth and transformation of Veeam’s SaaS business—a key corporate priority. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience, a growth mindset, and the ability to help scale launch strategy processes. This position works closely with Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Executive Leadership. Success will require strong project management, operational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to leverage AI and automation to drive positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Head of Launch Strategy to support and help refine strategies for a customer-centric, data-driven launch process.
Advocate for and help implement the use of AI, automation, and analytics to improve launch planning, decision-making, and measurement.
Act as a project manager and central coordinator for product launch activities, supporting alignment and readiness among stakeholder groups.
Assist in developing and maintaining product launch plans, tracking deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies with cross-functional teams.
Utilize AI-powered tools to help identify bottlenecks, anticipate issues, and manage escalations throughout the launch process.
Communicate launch readiness, timelines, and deliverables to a variety of stakeholder groups, ensuring appropriate detail and clarity.
Monitor and report on product launch metrics to provide actionable insights on performance and market impact.
Support ongoing efficiency improvements by helping implement process enhancements and best practices based on post-launch analysis.
Participate in the continuous improvement of project management and operational methodologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

BS/BA required; MBA or professional project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
Understanding of Cloud and SaaS business models, go-to-market strategies, and operations.
8+ years in Operations, Marketing Operations, or related fields, with experience supporting launch initiatives. Exposure to AI-powered tools or analytics platforms is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders, even without direct authority.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, aligning launch activities with business goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.
Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, especially those involving digital or AI integration.
Solid project management skills, including familiarity with AI-enabled project tools.
Reports to the Head of Launch Strategy.
Collaborates cross-functionally with peers, group leads, and senior executives across company departments.

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$119,400—$170,600 USD
