The Role
Cedar is seeking a Senior Integration Support Engineer to play a critical role on our Integration Support Engineering (ISE) team—a highly technical group responsible for solving Cedar’s most complex, client-impacting issues and delivering engineering solutions where they matter most.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of client escalations and break/fix software engineering. The ideal candidate combines exceptional debugging instincts, strong software development skills, and the ability to lead investigations and technical delivery across Cedar’s most intricate product and integration surfaces.
You will serve as a player/coach within the ISE team, helping us get to the bottom of critical issues, shipping high-leverage code fixes, and raising the bar for how we approach root cause analysis and resolution.
