Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in helping our corporate card customers put their finances on autopilot. You’ll do this by applying a critical and analytical lens to help you understand how customers can better manage their finances with BILL. You’ll use your skills to focus not only on refining and improving our existing core product capabilities, but exploring and evaluating opportunities to expand our core product offering to better help our customers put their finances on autopilot. Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading design projects from concept to launch. Previous experience in FinTech or a related industry is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Business Acumen: Demonstrates a strong understanding of the business drivers for their product area and proactively identifies opportunities to create design solutions that meet both user and business needs effectively.
Product Design Craft: Demonstrates a strong command of design principles and consistently produces high-quality, innovative, and user-centered designs, effectively navigating constraints and contributing to the evolution of design systems.
Customer Centricity: Deeply understands user needs and advocates for user-centered design principles, proactively identifying opportunities to solve user problems and enhance their experience through design.
Influence: Advocate for user-centered design principles to stakeholders. Consistently influence others to prioritize design solutions, connect customer stories to their design rationale. Cross-functional peers seek you out for subject matter expertise.
Communication: Communicates complex design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences, including cross-functional partners and leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
