Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Power Platform Copilot Studio Developer to lead the creation of innovative Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for new healthcare solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building applications and AIpowered agents from the ground up, integrating them with Microsoft Teams and other MS applications, and leveraging Azure to ensure scalability and performance. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, guiding technical execution and delivering solutions that can move quickly from idea to prototype.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of PoCs using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Build and optimize AIpowered Agents in Copilot Studio, ensuring deep integration with Microsoft Teams and other MS apps.
• Integrate solutions with Azure services for scalability, performance, and security.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to rapidly iterate, test, and refine solutions based on feedback.

• Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • • Proven expertise in MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure.
    • Strong experience with building and integrating Agents in Copilot Studio.
    • Handson experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Teams.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver PoCs quickly.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable collaborating with USbased teams.
