As we scale, we’re looking for a System Analyst who would support successful execution of existing and new business initiatives across different teams. You will play a pivotal role in enabling efficient, realtime, and customercentric travel experiences.

Workplace:

We would prefer to hire a professional based out of Berlin or European region, where the team often meets in person. However, we are a remotefirst company, with employees based all around the globe.

What you will do:

• Ownership & Collaboration: You’ll take full ownership of aligning internal stakeholders (Partnerships, Business Development, and Technical teams) and external partners to define clear business objectives, ensuring alignment across all teams.

• Clarity & Impact: Lead the creation of clear, concise, and actionable specifications for each iteration, ensuring that all technical details and expectations are communicated effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Agility & CrossFunctional Collaboration: Thrive in an Agile environment where your ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and adapt to changing needs will directly influence outcomes. You’ll be a key player in fostering a culture of ownership and seamless teamwork.

• Standardization & Influence: Take charge of standardizing and amplifying the System Analysis role across the organization, ensuring its impact is felt organizationwide, and driving improvements in how teams work together and execute.
