Distribusion is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace and gives travelers seamless access to ground transportation online, from search to ticket purchase. We have built a cuttingedge B2B technology platform that connects bus, rail, and ferry operators in 70+ countries with the biggest online retailers, including Google Maps and Booking.com.
We are shaping the future of travel and building the largest global network of transport providers and retailers. We are one of the fastest growing startups in travel, backed by two leading VCs (TQ Ventures & Lightrock), and now, following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond.
As we scale, we’re looking for a System Analyst who would support successful execution of existing and new business initiatives across different teams. You will play a pivotal role in enabling efficient, realtime, and customercentric travel experiences.
Workplace:
We would prefer to hire a professional based out of Berlin or European region, where the team often meets in person. However, we are a remotefirst company, with employees based all around the globe.
Ownership & Collaboration: You’ll take full ownership of aligning internal stakeholders (Partnerships, Business Development, and Technical teams) and external partners to define clear business objectives, ensuring alignment across all teams.
Clarity & Impact: Lead the creation of clear, concise, and actionable specifications for each iteration, ensuring that all technical details and expectations are communicated effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Agility & CrossFunctional Collaboration: Thrive in an Agile environment where your ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and adapt to changing needs will directly influence outcomes. You’ll be a key player in fostering a culture of ownership and seamless teamwork.
Standardization & Influence: Take charge of standardizing and amplifying the System Analysis role across the organization, ensuring its impact is felt organizationwide, and driving improvements in how teams work together and execute.
