Job description

Project Duration: Up to 12 months (starting September 2025)

Location: UK (remote with potential onsite work)

About the Engagement

We are supporting a public sector client on a transformational programme focused on organisational development, executive leadership development, and capability building. The initiative spans multiple areas of the UK public sector, including healthcare (NHS), social care, and central government bodies, with the aim of enhancing leadership capacity, organisational resilience, and service delivery effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the design, delivery, and facilitation of executive leadership development programmes tailored to the public sector context.

· Develop and implement organisationwide capability frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.

· Partner with senior stakeholders to diagnose organisational needs, recommend interventions, and ensure successful adoption of change.

· Provide coaching and mentoring to executives and senior leaders, ensuring leadership pipelines are strengthened.

· Contribute to the creation of knowledge products, tools, and frameworks for longterm capability building.

· Support programme governance, reporting, and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainability of initiatives.
