Essential Job Functions

Own and manage the Boomi platform, including Atom/Molecule/Cloud configuration, clustering, and tuning.
Troubleshoot and optimize Boomi runtimes, connector issues, and property file deployments.
Ensure high availability across environments through automated monitoring and recovery.
Design and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for integration releases using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Implement Git-based workflows to manage deployment artifacts, configurations, and rollback strategies.
Configure, secure, and monitor Managed File Transfer (MFT) jobs with external partners (AS2, SFTP, FTPS).
Collaborate with Dev, Ops, and InfoSec teams to meet enterprise compliance and security standards.
Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and platform documentation.

Requirements and skills

10-12 years of experience in integration/platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
Expertise in Boomi platform management, including Atom/Molecule/Cloud configuration, clustering, and tuning.

Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Boomi runtimes, connector issues, and property file deployments.

Strong knowledge in ensuring high availability across environments with automated monitoring and recovery.

Proficient in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for integration releases using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Expertise in Git-based workflows for managing deployment artifacts, configurations, and rollback strategies.

Experience configuring, securing, and monitoring Managed File Transfer (MFT) jobs with external partners (AS2, SFTP, FTPS).

Proven ability to collaborate with Dev, Ops, and InfoSec teams to meet enterprise compliance and security standards.

Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, knowledge base articles, and platform documentation.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and integration solutions.

Proven expertise in Boomi administration—Molecule setup, tuning, and troubleshooting.
Strong working knowledge of Linux systems, networking basics, and shell scripting.
Practical experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments (e.g., Docker, Helm).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and concepts like observability, SLI/SLOs, and automated recovery.
Highly Preferred: Experience in the supply chain, logistics, or transportation domain.
