Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, CRM management, or sales operations. Proven experience in managing and maintaining CRM systems, with a strong understanding of data hygiene and best practices. Experience with Monday.com or similar workflow automation tools is highly desirable.

Core responsibilities:

Identify and generate qualified leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, cold calling, and networking. Conduct research to identify potential prospects within target markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s ideal customer profile. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria and ensure high-quality leads enter the sales funnel. Manage the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure all lead and customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly segmented. Implement data hygiene practices, regularly auditing the CRM to clean and enrich data, remove duplicates, and correct inaccuracies. Design, develop, and manage sequences and workflows in Monday.com to streamline lead generation, sales processes, and project management. Collaborate with teams to understand their workflow needs and translate those into efficient, automated processes within Monday.com. Continuously optimize and update workflows to reflect changing business needs and improve operational efficiency. Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into lead generation performance, pipeline status, and overall sales effectiveness.
