2+ years of proven experience in an administrative or operations support role. Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Core responsibilities:

Develop and edit marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral as needed. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for internal teams and clients. Design, distribute, and analyze surveys to gather feedback and insights. Collect and compile data for operational reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Manage and track projects using tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com. Assist with process documentation and workflow optimization. Support general administrative functions, including email correspondence and file management. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
