We are currently seeking a fulltime Electronic Health Records (EHR)Manager to Corporate team. Salary starting at $130,000 depending on years of experience.



The EHR Manager oversees the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the organization’s electronic health record (EHR) system. This role is responsible for leading a team of EHR Specialists, Trainers, and support staff, ensuring system functionality meets the needs of clinical, administrative, and compliance teams. The EHR Manager collaborates across departments to improve workflows, maintain regulatory compliance, and support strategic initiatives related to health information management.

Qualifications

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EHR Specialists, Trainers, and support personnel
  • Set priorities, assign projects, and manage workload to meet deadlines and service level agreements
  • Foster collaboration between IT, clinical, and operational teams
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the EHR system
  • Coordinate testing and validation of new releases, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in partnership with IT
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations
  • Oversee training programs for new hires, ongoing education, and system updates
  • Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and optimize workflows
  • Ensure user adoption through coaching, communication, and support resources
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction
  • Develop and monitor EHRrelated KPIs and performance metrics
  • Provide leadership with regular reports on EHR usage, performance, and optimization initiatives
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the EHR vendor for support, upgrades, and contract management
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality and costeffectiveness
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned


      • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
      • 5+ years of experience with EHR systems, including 2+ years in a leadership role
      • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, compliance requirements, and data management
      • Experience with Fusion required
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment
