Momnt is transforming how businesses offer financing at the point of need—delivering seamless, embedded lending solutions that drive growth for merchants and simplify payments for customers. We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to play a critical role in expanding our footprint and helping Home Improvement contractors unlock new revenue through our powerful financing platform.

In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through the buyer’s journey and helping them understand how Momnt’s embedded lending solutions can fuel their business growth. By combining a consultative sales approach with deep industry insight, you’ll drive adoption, build strong relationships, and lead sales efforts across a defined geographic territory. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where your success directly translates to growth—for both our customers and our company.

Location: This role is remote from our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters. This position does require travel to merchant sites, trade shows, and events. We are currently targeting candidates residing in: AL, CT, DC, FL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MN, NC, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

Lead and execute all sales activity for Momnt products within a defined territory to achieve sales objectives.
Partner with the sales leadership team to develop and execute a plan aligned with the sales goals in the assigned territory.
Function as a subject matter expert on Momnt’s products to orchestrate seamless execution of lead generation and account cultivation activities.
Develop pipeline by maintaining a high level of activity/outreach, directly and indirectly, deeply understanding the customer's goals and objectives, and analyzing where Momnt can add value.
Lead and participate in Momnt demos with prospective merchants, walking them through the enrollment process ending in merchant signing up for Momnt’s platform
Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them understand the value of our payment and lending solutions so they can grow their practice
Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
Serve as client contact, respond to more difficult client needs and questions to improve the client experience; support merchants to maximize loan volume.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and communicate weekly results and performance metrics as they relate to sales pipeline, sales activities, sales cycle time, regional market share, market penetration, wins and losses, etc. for both individual and team performance.
Monitor and provide structured feedback on market conditions, regulatory trends, competitive activities, win-loss lessons learned, targeted initiatives for growth, and with key target accounts or channel partners within the territory.
Collaborate with external partners and your assigned Merchant Success Representative to coordinate and develop sales and retention strategies
Develop market awareness through networking, presentations, event attendance, and industry associations.
Organize and manage deal flow in the CRM (HubSpot). This includes maintaining proper records, activities, and reports/forms for accuracy and historical reference and will require a strong attention to detail

You’d be a good fit if:

5+ years of successful sales experienceand finance industry experience with Sales Managers, Sales within contractors, Large HI contractors, their salespeople, and managers
Self-motivated, driven to succeed, and with a proven track record of success (top performer in your current role)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience (Hubspot preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and the ability to work in a team environment and independently with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time with close attention to details
Knowledge of Payments, Lending, and/or SMB sales preferred
