Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)

Ready to work with numbers that actually tell a story? We’re looking for a Bookkeeper who thrives on precision, organisation, and making financial operations flow like clockwork. In this role, you’ll manage accurate records, keep everything compliant with accounting standards, and support smooth audits and reporting. You’ll be the go-to for keeping finances sharp, streamlined, and stress-free—so the business can focus on growing while you keep the books in perfect shape.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in processing payroll, managing tax withholdings, and preparing filings such as tax forms and compliance reports.
  • Support the generation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow summaries.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor invoices, payment schedules, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and categorize expenses to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Collaborate with accountants or auditors to resolve discrepancies and ensure audit readiness.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and implement corrective measures as needed.


Requirements
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a similar field.
  • Three or more years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume transactions and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry, reporting, and compliance tracking.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
