Senior Software Engineer

• English - Native or fully fluent.
  

• Execute solution engineering tasks (code/configuration for partner onboarding).
  
• Address backlog of technical debt and small-to-medium development tasks.
  
• Fully integrate into the engineering team’s processes (scrums, sprint planning, version control).
  
• Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
  
• Maintain high code quality standards and minimize rework.
  
• Meet delivery estimates and sustain steady progress.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  
• Ensure security by working exclusively with synthetic data in segregated environments.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
  

Requisitos

• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
  
• At least 6 months of experience leading other engineers (mentor, tech lead, or similar leadership role).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English.
  
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and JavaScript.
  
• Experience with React or React Native and Node.js.
  
• Familiarity with GraphQL and AWS services (AppSync, DynamoDB, etc.).
  
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code without generating technical debt.
  
• Capable of working with minimal oversight.
  
• Availability to collaborate with teams in Pacific Time (several overlapping hours).
