Specialist.PH is seeking a skilled Klaviyo Email Marketer with a creative eye for design. You will plan, create, and optimize high-performing email campaigns that drive engagement and sales. This role combines strategic thinking, data analysis, and strong design skills to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

What You Will Do…

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo.
Design visually appealing and mobile-responsive email templates.
Segment audiences for targeted campaigns to improve open and click rates.
Write clear, engaging email copy aligned with client goals and brand voice.
Set up and optimize automation flows for lifecycle marketing.
Track campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rate, click-through rate, conversions).
Conduct A/B testing to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and best practices.
Collaborate with clients and team members to refine strategies.

Requirements

You might be the one we’re looking for if you have…

At least 2 years of experience in email marketing, with proven Klaviyo expertise.
Strong design skills (experience in Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools preferred).
Ability to create responsive, visually appealing templates.
Experience with audience segmentation and automation flows.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English)
Comfortable talking to clients on the phone
