Job Description

The Senior Director Program Management is responsible for leading the execution, management, and strategy of Prime’s strategic 340B program. Working with senior leadership and other Prime departments, this role defines and drives comprehensive, cross-functional program strategy in support of Prime’s strategic and long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and/or participate in strategic cross-functional committees to define strategy and align the direction for the programs supporting the design and execution of Prime’s long-term objectives
  • Drive cross-functional execution of program strategies, provide thought leadership and ensuring alignment on overall strategy across teams
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team responsible for management of the program
  • Manage vendor or key partner relationships, including contractual results, go-to-market strategies, and strategic interactions
  • Lead the identification, development, implementation and change management of process improvements and key enhancements for program management processes and tools
  • Act as the key escalation point for issues related to assigned programs, including representing Prime in internal and external executive communications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
  • 10 years of work experience in program management or business analysis
  • 7 years of leadership/supervisory/management experience

Additional Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated success of presenting to the senior executive team
  • Interpersonal skills demonstrating team leadership, conflict resolution, and the ability to influence across the organization
  • Well-developed leadership skills; ability to engage, inspire, influence and develop others
  • The ability to establish trust, respect, and credibility and form close working relationships with all levels of Prime
  • Ability to identify enhancement opportunities and implement change management efforts
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects/programs and timelines simultaneously without compromising quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare or related field
  • PBM/health care experience
  • Experience with formal process improvement methodologies

Potential pay for this position ranges from $143,000.00 - $243,000.00 based on experience and skills.
