Job description

Location: 8760 Clay Road Houston, Texas 77080

Employee Type: Regular

We offer a creative and friendly environment with plenty of opportunity for advancement.

Be part of our next chapter.

francesca’s is writing a new story—one of reinvention, relevance, and bold growth. With 410 boutiques in 45 states, a fast-growing e-commerce business, and a powerful brand, we’re building something fresh in the world of accessible fashion. Following some hard but necessary chapters, we’re now on the rise—and we’re calling in strategic thinkers, boundary-pushers, and builders to shape what comes next.

This is a unique opportunity to bring organization, operational excellence, and a keen creative eye to a brand on the move. We’re not looking for someone to maintain the status quo—we want a teammate who thrives on detail, collaboration, and making things happen behind the scenes.

What You’ll Own:

  • Visual Inbox Management: Be the first point of contact for the Visual Department inbox, fielding and resolving questions from boutiques and internal partners.
  • Inventory & Ordering: Oversee ordering, inventory, receiving, and distribution for fixtures, samples, visual rollouts, and boutique openings.
  • Vendor & Accounting Liaison: Act as the link between our team and accounting, operations, external vendors, and our warehouse team—keeping the work flowing.
  • Calendar & Scheduling: Manage weekly, monthly, and seasonal calendars—tracking everything from sourcing and receiving to communications deadlines.
  • File & Fixture Management: Keep visual files organized (digitally and physically) and maintain boutique-level fixture inventory records.
  • Creative Coordination: Organize product deliveries for photo shoots and styling projects; maintain and style public-facing spaces at HQ.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Assist with styling and merchandising projects, floorplans, and creative visual needs across the business.
  • Operational Excellence: Keep all visual team workspaces tidy, organized, and running smoothly.
  • Special Projects: Jump into additional tasks or visual team initiatives as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Proven organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Adobe Photoshop experience a plus
  • Retail experience preferred

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

  • Love the build: You’re energized by change and see whitespace as possibility, not chaos.
  • See beyond the numbers: You know that storytelling and timing matter just as much as accuracy.
  • Believe retail isn’t dead—just different: You’re curious about consumer behavior, digital shifts, and how finance fuels relevance.
  • Lead with humility and high standards: You expect a lot of yourself and your team, and you roll up your sleeves to help them get there.

Why Now? Why francesca’s?
We’re not starting over—we’re evolving. Building on the strength of our heritage, customer love, and unique brand personality, we’re making bold moves to become even more relevant to the women we serve today. With a clear growth strategy, a re-energized leadership team, and the backing of a passionate community, francesca’s is entering a new chapter—and it’s one you’ll want to help write.
