The Opportunity Director & GM, Accounts Payable Solutions (Remote USA Canada)
We’re looking for a Director & GM, Accounts Payable Solutions to lead the launch and expansion of Wrapbook’s AP products — our answer to enable production companies to pay vendors and reconcile spend in a seamless, intuitive experience, directly through Wrapbook.
This is a highimpact, crossfunctional leadership role. You’ll act as a miniCEO: setting strategy, aligning teams, owning P&L outcomes, and delivering on an ambitious roadmap. You’ll work closely with leaders across Support, Client Success, and Operations to define workflows and prepare the organization for scaled delivery. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll be responsible for everything from productmarket fit and GTM strategy to adoption targets and longterm financial planning.
What Youll Do:
Business Leadership & Strategy
Own the P&L for AP Solutions, including revenue, margins, and adoption metrics
Set the strategic vision for how AP becomes a durable part of Wrapbook’s platform offering — standalone and or bundled
Define and track operational success metrics and financial targets
Develop a multiyear strategy for revenue expansion
Establish and track measures of success across operations, onboarding, and ongoing customer experience
CrossFunctional Execution & Influence
Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Support, Risk, and Client Operations
Navigate sharedteam structures with strong communication and clear planning
Customer Experience & Operational Readiness
Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements, fund flows, and delivery milestones
Partner with Success, Support, and Operations leadership to define pre and postlaunch support
Act as the voice of the customer to ensure the AP product is intuitive, compliant, and meets real production workflow needs
Stand up the initial crossfunctional support pod and define their charters, workflows, and performance expectations
Define the future roadmap to transition from Beta release to broad availability, including prioritizing new revenue opportunities and evolving a scaled support model
GoToMarket & Commercialization
Own pricing, packaging, and positioning for Wrapbook’s AP solution
Lead gotomarket strategy — partnering with Sales and Success to integrate AP into Wrapbook’s broader platform and crossselling motion
Drive sales execution ifwhen AP is sold as a standalone product
Set and deliver on adoption or bookings targets (e.g., % of customers using AP)
What Youll Have:
7–10+ years in B2B payments, with strong fluency in fund flows, compliance, and customer needs
Background may include product, sales, or general management — we care more about versatility than function
True generalist mindset — comfortable shaping CX, influencing product, and driving GTM execution across teams
Proven track record of crossfunctional leadership and influence — particularly partnering with Product and Engineering teams to build new capabilities
Commercial ownership experience — including pricing, packaging, GTM strategy, and delivering against adoption or bookings targets
Strong execution experience with experience or knowledge standing up team structures, operational processes, and crossfunctional playbooks
Demonstrated success launching 0→1 products with limited resources
Bonus: Experience in the mediaentertainment or freelance production ecosystem
