Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is seeking a Finnish Speaking Streaming Platform Support Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will provide vital support for Finnishspeaking users of our streaming platform, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and engaging viewing experience. Responsibilities
  • Assist Finnishspeaking users through email, live chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries and support needs related to the streaming service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical challenges concerning account setup, streaming issues, and content availability.
  • Guide users on utilizing the platform’s features effectively to enhance their streaming experience.
  • Document interactions and resolutions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to relay user feedback and suggest improvements to the platform.
  • Keep current on platform updates and industry developments to provide informed and relevant support.
  • Follow up with users to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Experience in customer support or technical assistance, especially in the streaming or entertainment sector, is preferred.
      • Understanding of streaming technology and user experience best practices.
      • Strong analytical skills for effective problemsolving.
      • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems or support ticketing tools is beneficial.
      • Ability to work independently in a highenergy and fastpaced environment.
