As an Online Shopping Advisor, you will provide exceptional support to Finnishspeaking customers, guiding them through their shopping experience to ensure satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Assist Finnishspeaking customers via chat, email, and phone with their online shopping queries.
  • Deliver detailed product information and personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage inquiries related to order statuses, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly for followup and quality assurance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Experience in customer service, particularly in an online retail or ecommerce context.
      • A passion for ecommerce and an understanding of online shopping preferences.
      • Able to build rapport with customers and provide effective and empathetic support.
      • Familiarity with customer service technologies and ecommerce platforms.
      • Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing various inquiries efficiently.
      • A positive, teamoriented attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
