Responsibilities

• Assist Finnishspeaking customers by responding to inquiries and offering expert guidance on the digital stores products and services.
• Develop a robust understanding of the product offerings to effectively meet customer needs.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on how to effectively navigate and use digital store platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to formulate strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the digital shopping experience.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in ecommerce and digital retail to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Efficiently address customer issues or complaints related to the digital store experience.

• Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, particularly within the ecommerce or digital retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on fostering customer satisfaction.
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working effectively in a fastpaced, remote working environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to customer care.
