Salary: $900 $1300 USDmonth, based on experience and skill level.

Overview:We’re hiring two Middleweight Graphic Designers to join our growing creative teams across two leading agencies in our group. These roles are ideal for designers with a sharp eye forperformancedriven ad creative, particularly within Meta Ads, and a passion for combining visual impact with commercial results.You’ll work closely with our Art Director, internal design and strategy teams, and directly with clients to create highconverting paid social assets and support broader brand and marketing initiatives. Requirements

  • Design highperforming ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
  • Stay uptodate with trends in design and digital marketing.
  • Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
  • Maintain and evolve the agency’s visual identity in line with strategic goals.
  • Present and refine design work based on feedback and analytics.

          • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performancedriven design.
          • Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
          • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
          • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
          • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
          • A degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus—but not essential.
