Experience Required:

Job Description: ServiceNow Technical Role
Responsibilities:

Decustomize ServiceNow catalog items to ensure alignment with Out Of The Box (OOTB) standards.

Utilize Catalog Builder to create and manage service catalog items.

Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer .

Develop and maintain decision tables to support automated decisionmaking processes.

Work with ServiceNow Integration Hub, RESTSOAP web services, and APIs.

Provide architectural solutions and design for various ServiceNow projects.

Perform data migration and transformation within ServiceNow.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of catalog items and workflows.

Provide training and support to endusers and team members as needed.

Qualifications:
