Job description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The National Account Support role plays a vital part in supporting the National Account management team to deliver exceptional service, data-driven insights, and efficient execution across our key partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about bringing structure and support to complex customer relationships.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Range review support: prepare data packs, samples, and presentation materials for customer range reviews and planning sessions.
  • New Line Forms (NLF’s): Complete and submit new line forms for key accounts with accurate and timely information.
  • Market Research & Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct regular competitor analysis, including pricing, and product positioning.
  • Key Account Reporting: Generate reports including POS data, product performance, conference material, and product penetration analysis.
  • ADHOC Campaign Management: Coordinate execution and performance tracking of limited-time promotions.
  • National Account Marketing Integration: Coordinate delivery of aligned marketing materials, including product assets, written content, and digital files tailored for account use.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in account support, sales administration, or customer service (ideally in retail or FMCG.
  • High proficiency in Power BI Reporting
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Effective relationship building, networking and influencing skills
  • Excellent communications skills – written, verbal and interpersonal - with an ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to identify, analyse and develop effective solutions to problems
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.


The candidate must be based in the Philippines.

Duty schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST
