We are looking for a highly analytical, systemsoriented, and businesssavvy Revenue Operations Manager to help us drive operational excellence across our gotomarket teams. You’ll be the strategic enabler connecting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring all teams are aligned on goals, metrics, and execution.

You are obsessed with numbers, passionate about understanding what drives revenue performance, and always seeking ways to improve processes and visibility. Ideally, you bring a background in data analysis, enabling you to dive deep into metrics and uncover insights that inform strategy and growth.

Role
  • Design, implement, and refine GTM workflows that improve speed, consistency, and conversion across the funnel.

  • Own the administration and evolution of our CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce), ensuring data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and user adoption.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that surface actionable insights across the entire customer journey.

  • Partner with Sales and Finance to improve forecasting processes and drive pipeline accuracy.

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage tools that enhance GTM performance (e.g. Hubspot, Gong, Notion, etc.).

  • Ensure Marketing, Sales, and CS are aligned on metrics, definitions, and campaign followup to create a cohesive revenue engine.

  • Support onboarding and continuous training on systems and processes for GTM teams.

  • Test and roll out scalable GTM tactics, from lead scoring to segmentation, with a datadriven mindset.

    • Profile
      • 45 years of experience in Revenue Operations, in a SaaS or highgrowth tech company.

      • Consistent experience with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce) and GTM tools.

      • Experience in a fast moving environment, earlystage or Series AC startup.

      • Ability to analyze data and turn it into strategic recommendations.

      • Familiarity with sales funnels, B2B metrics, and revenue KPIs (e.g. CAC, LTV, NRR, MRR).

      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills you act as a bridge between technical and nontechnical teams.

      • Proactive, curious, and eager to improve processes in a fastmoving environment.

      • Knowledge of lead scoring, territory planning, attribution modeling, or incentive plans.

      • Understanding of ProductLed Growth (PLG) motions.

      • Fluency in English.

          • The compensation offered is based on seniority and experience, and would typically range from €55K to €75K in base salary + BSPCEs

          • Full remote policy with team gathering in Paris every 1.5 months or work from our amazing offices & rooftop in the heart of Paris (Sentier)
