Quality Assurance Specialist (Marketing ContentMaterials and Websites)

Creatunity LLC is looking for a dedicated and detailoriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our marketing processes and products meet the highest quality standards. You will evaluate content, provide feedback to the marketing team, and develop quality control processes. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help us continue to deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate marketing content to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to marketing team.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with management to establish quality benchmarks and metrics.
• Prepare reports on quality performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. business, quality assurance, or related area).
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback effectively.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • Website testing experience is required.
