Job Description

Join Devoteam in launching our brandnew ServiceNow nearshore hub in Portugal, supporting major European clients. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you’ll translate business needs into powerful ServiceNow solutions nfluencing design, functionality, and adoption from the start.

What You’ll Do

  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear ServiceNow specifications.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.

  • Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture needs and enhance UX.

  • Contribute to solution design for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSDM, and custom apps.

  • Support estimations, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives.

  • Promote adoption and best practices for ServiceNow usage.

    • Qualifications
      • 3+ years as a ServiceNow BA or Consultant.

      • Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and modules.

      • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

      • ITIL or ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

      • Fluent in English.
