The Role:
We’re hiring a Head of Web to lead Paddle’s most visible and commercially critical digital properties. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and product, and is responsible for transforming Paddle’s digital surfaces into highperformance, highconversion engines that support our PLG and salesled growth.
You’ll lead a crossfunctional web team (design, dev, UX, content, and experimentation) with full accountability for performance, conversion, velocity of execution, and alignment across teams. This is a dynamic growth function. You’ll use AI to accelerate design, prototyping, and personalisation, ensuring rapid iterations and continuous testing to meet aggressive pipeline and revenue goals.
What youll do:
Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision and roadmap for paddle.com and other digital surfaces, balancing brand storytelling, product clarity, conversion, and speed.
7+ years in web, growth, UX, or digital product roles within B2B SaaS
Proven track record owning web performance, conversion optimisation, and experimentation
Experience leading crossfunctional teams of developers, designers, and UXcontent
Experience using AI design and prototyping tools and personalisation platforms
Datainformed, testdriven mindset with fluency in AB testing, analytics platforms, and session tools
Strategic, collaborative, fastmoving, comfortable working across brand, product, and performance
