We seek an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our IT projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing our organizations information technology processes. They will develop and implement IT strategies to meet the companys business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
● Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports.
● Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees.
● Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
● Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
● Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
● Conducting risk assessments for projects.
● Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
● Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, agile methodologies, tools, and techniques.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
● PMP certification is a plus.
