Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule

  • 20 hours per week (4 hours per day minimum)
  • Flexible scheduling within New Zealand business hours

    • Responsibilities
      • Set up and manage workflows in Go High Level for event registrations and member communications
      • Process event registrations and ensure members are properly enrolled in automated workflow sequences
      • Manage member database and maintain accurate member information and status updates
      • Handle prospect pipeline management and tracking within Go High Level
      • Send out event communications, reminders, and followup messages to members
      • Coordinate event logistics and registration processes for multiple ongoing events
      • Provide general administrative support related to member management and organizational operations
      • Maintain and update member records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
        • Requirements

          • Previous experience with Go High Level platform and its workflow capabilities
          • Strong understanding of CRMmembership management systems (HubSpot experience preferred for future transition)
          • Excellent communication skills for member correspondence and event coordination
          • Detailoriented approach to data management and workflow setup
          • Ability to work independently and manage multiple event streams simultaneously
          • Experience with automated communication sequences and member engagement processes
          • Administrative background with focus on database management and process optimization
            • Scope

              • Primary focus on MemberSuite Pro platform management and optimization
              • Supporting 100+ member organization with multiple ongoing events and communications
              • Potential for role expansion and transition to HubSpot platform management in the future
              • Direct collaboration with Chapter Manager on strategic member engagement initiatives
