Location: Remote

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic, targetdriven professional to lead client acquisition and marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for generating new leads, pitching our recruitment services, closing commercial terms, and onboarding clients for our internal recruitment team to support.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate client leads through online research, cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels

· Pitch recruitmentplacement services to potential clients and understand their hiring needs

· Negotiate and finalize commercial terms (terms of business)

· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent followups

· Keep accurate records of leads, calls, and closures via CRM or spreadsheets

· Ensure smooth client handover to recruiters after agreement finalization

· Work with management to strategize marketing efforts targeting specific industries

Requirements

· 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, client acquisition, or sales (preferably in recruitmentHR services)

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)

· Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills

· Selfmotivated, targetoriented, and comfortable working remotely

· Familiar with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and basic CRM usage

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
