Responsibilities
  • Manage the software implementation process for Danishspeaking clients, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to customize software solutions that fit their specific requirements.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions for clients to help them understand and utilize the software effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve any implementation challenges promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of each implementation process and client communications within our CRM system.
  • Solicit and analyze client feedback after implementation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on new software features and industry trends to provide optimal support to clients.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
      • Experience in software implementation or project management is preferred.
      • Technical knowledge of software applications and systems is essential.
      • Outstanding communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
      • Ability to conduct effective training sessions and provide user support.
      • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive attitude.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems and managing client data.
