This position is tailored for energetic individuals who are keen to provide excellent support in a techsavvy environment. As a Danish Speaking End User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Danishspeaking clients by resolving their technical inquiries and delivering a superb user experience.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to end users in Danish via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
  • Offer guidance and training to users on how to utilize different applications effectively.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system for accurate record maintenance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for the escalation of complex problems and suggest improvements to support processes.
  • Conduct followup communication with users to confirm their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the support received.
  • Stay updated on new technology developments and changes to improve service quality.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Danish and English is essential, with excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
      • Previous experience in end user support or a customer serviceoriented role is highly desirable.
      • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to effectively address technical challenges.
      • Excellent customer service mindset and a passion for helping others.
      • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
      • Able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
      • A genuine interest in technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
